
This year holds an incredible opportunity for all of America and the world to watch, once again, as the U.S. womens’ softball team chases the gold at the Bejing Olympics. For anyone involved in womens’ softball, this is an event not to be missed. Not only are many of the well known athlete’s on the current U.S. team set to step aside after Bejing, womens softball will take an 8 year leave of absence from the olympic games. Making this years Olympic softball games all the more exciting to watch. The Rocky Mt. Softball Clinic is pleased to present three of the top softball players as part of our clinician team.
They are as follows: Laura Berg, Lisa Fernandez and Andrea Duran.
These Olympians will be coming directly to Utah to participate in the Rocky Mt. Softball Clinic. It will be a 3 day event designed to provide all participants with the best the world has to offer in softball skills training and coaching. As part of this clinic, we will also be hosting these amazing athletes for a “Play With the Olympians” charity event.
This unique event is designed to offer all participants of the clinic the chance to actually play against the Olympians in a “Play With the Olympians” day. At this event, the participants, as well as a few celebrity volunteers, will actually be able to play against the greatest softball players in the world. Working side by side with the Olympians will be Division One college coaches, Junior College coaches, some of the top ex-collegiate players, and professional players around.
At this one of a kind event, all of these experts will be assembled to provide three days of world class training and instruction giving your daughter the advantage of learning all the latest techniques and skills training they will need to advance to the next level. At the Rocky Mt. Softball Clinic, not only will they actually get to meet and play with their heroes from the Olympic softball team, they will gain from exposure and learning strategies from many college coaches as well.
