Team Registration: Teams (groups) of FIVE or more individuals all registering for the the clinic may receive a discount by sending in forms and payment together. Please complete a minimum of FIVE forms. Include check(s) for $345.00 for each registration payable to RMSC. Individual mailing team registration separately will be charged the full rate of $395.00 plus an additional $5.00 processing fee to complete registration.
